Refund Policy
Rainbird Networks aims to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds are requested. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds will be provided.
Eligibility for Refund
- Service Disruption: If your internet service is unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the downtime.
- Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid internet services will only be provided if the service is canceled within the first 7 days of activation.
- Overpayment: If you overpay, we will issue a credit or refund for the excess amount.
Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be provided for service interruptions caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to force majeure events or customer-side issues.
- No refunds will be given for unused portions of prepaid services after the 7-day window.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our customer support team. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
